Terms governing access to Partner Leads Network websites, applications, accounts, campaigns, reporting, communications and related services.

By accessing PLN services, submitting an application, creating an account, accepting a campaign, or otherwise using our website or portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional agreement or campaign-specific requirements that apply to your relationship with PLN.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information and maintain the security of your credentials. PLN may require email verification, identity or business documentation, compliance review and manual approval before access is granted. Approval is discretionary and may be conditioned on additional information or campaign requirements.
Publishers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality and source of their traffic. Publishers must follow the Publisher Agreement, campaign terms, approved traffic-source requirements, geographic restrictions, calling-hour restrictions, consent requirements and all applicable advertising, telemarketing, privacy and consumer-protection laws.
Advertisers must provide accurate campaign requirements, lawful call-handling practices, appropriate licenses or authorizations where required, and timely payment for valid traffic according to agreed terms. Advertiser approval or campaign availability is not guaranteed.
Campaign eligibility, payout, minimum duration, caps, schedule, geography, traffic sources, duplicate-call rules, quality standards and other criteria may differ by campaign and may change. Only traffic that satisfies the applicable campaign rules is eligible for payment unless PLN expressly determines otherwise.
PLN may review call metadata, dispositions, source information, complaints, conversion indicators and other quality signals. Calls may be rejected, disputed, adjusted or withheld when they fail campaign requirements, appear duplicated, fraudulent, incentivized, manipulated, self-generated, automated or otherwise non-compliant.
Users may not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, deceptive advertising, unauthorized brand bidding, spoofing, fabricated or coerced calls, illegal robocalling, unlawful data collection, account sharing, attempts to bypass tracking or caps, interference with PLN systems, or any activity prohibited by law or campaign terms.
PLN may rely on third-party call-tracking or telephony platforms for routing, attribution and reporting. PLN's website infrastructure is designed to retain call metadata and external recording references rather than the underlying audio files. Availability of recordings or other third-party data depends on the applicable provider and its retention practices.
Publisher payouts are subject to campaign validation, applicable payment terms, minimum thresholds, dispute adjustments and account compliance. PLN may place payments on hold while investigating suspected fraud, quality concerns, chargebacks, advertiser disputes or legal/compliance issues. Payment records and transaction references may be retained for reconciliation.
Non-public campaign terms, advertiser information, pricing, tracking details, platform credentials and other confidential information may not be disclosed or used outside the authorized relationship. PLN website content, branding, software and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws except where third-party rights apply.
PLN may pause, restrict, suspend or terminate an account or campaign access for compliance concerns, quality issues, fraud indicators, security risks, inactivity, non-payment, breach of applicable agreements, or other legitimate business reasons. Where appropriate, PLN may provide a reason or request corrective information.
Campaign availability, call volume, payout levels, advertiser demand, platform uptime and earnings are not guaranteed. Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. PLN is not responsible for interruptions or losses caused by third-party providers, networks, carriers, tracking platforms or circumstances outside PLN's reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for claims, losses, costs or liabilities arising from their unlawful traffic practices, breach of these Terms, violation of campaign requirements, infringement of third-party rights or misuse of PLN services.
PLN may update these Terms as services, legal requirements or business practices change. Material updates may be posted on the website, communicated by email or shown in the portal. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
